Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, I do ship internationally. If your country is not listed with my shipping, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will try to accommodate accordingly.
For my EU and UK customers, I am not responsible for any additonal charges that stem from VAT.

Q: Shipping Times
Once an order is placed, please give 3-5 days for processing. I use USPS Priority Mail, so average delivery time for domestic orders would be 3-7 business days. The days I ship out orders are Thursday, Friday and Saturday!
All international orders may take up to 2-10 weeks.
Orders will be tracked, and you will be notified via email of when your order is shipped, along with your tracking number.
Stamped, untracked shipping is only available within the US and for flat items only to prevent any losses that may occur overseas! Please choose accordingly at checkout.

Q: Do you accept exchanges/returns?
No, all purchases are final once mailed out. If you have received the incorrect items of your purchase please contact me as soon as possible with your order number, and I will send the correct items free of charge.
